Elegant wedding invite

A wedding styled in an elegant yet simple way was the brides request. Leila was a dream to work with, she wanted to keep it simple and emphasise her love of native greenery. These custom invites feature hand painted watercolour eucalyptus and gumtree leaves, printed on a crisp white textured stock.

This design was used for guest place cards and the seating plan connecting the foliage on the tables and the beautiful scenery surrounding the venue.

A mix of native leaves and eucalyptus leaves  from my olive farm were used as runners for each table.

The seating plan was placed on a mirror with foam backing to create the illusion they were floating.

Leila had a clear vision of what she wanted for her wedding. Greenery was the key. Working as a team myself, Leila and her good friend Kirralee created the centre pieces for her tables and the bridal table. It was a fun DIY project but I do not envy florists, working with foliage is harder than it looks.
